We always recommend contacting the store directly to confirm current stock before visiting. If an item is not available in-store but is online, you can place an order for delivery or in-store pickup.
Our online selection includes a wider range of products, including web-exclusive items not found in our physical stores.
Shopping Online at roost-modern.com
When you shop online, you can choose to have your order delivered directly to your home or picked up at a nearby store to save on delivery fees. Home delivery orders are shipped via tracked standard ground shipping with our courier partners. Orders designated for in-store pickup are delivered via our company transport on business days. Locate your nearest store for pickup at roost-modern.com.
To select in-store pickup, choose the “ship to store” option in your shopping cart and select your preferred location. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection during the store’s business hours. Please verify the hours of your selected store before going to pick up your order.
When picking up your order, please bring a copy of your “Ready for Pickup” notification email (printed or digital), your order number, and a valid government-issued photo ID to present to a store associate.
If someone else is picking up your order on your behalf, please add their full name in the order comments during checkout. Your representative will need to present the associate with their own photo ID, the order number, and the pickup notification email. For security, a signature will be required upon pickup to confirm receipt.
At this time, gift cards can only be used for purchases in our physical store locations.
Once an online order is submitted, changes cannot be made. To inquire about cancelling an order, please access your account and select the relevant order. Please note that cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been prepared for shipment or has left our warehouse.
After completing your online purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with all details, including your order number. You can also view your order history by logging into your account on our website. If you checked out as a guest or have any issues, please contact our customer service team.
If you did not receive your confirmation email, please contact our customer service department, and we will resend it to you.
Web-exclusive items purchased online are eligible for return. They can be returned by mail or to any of our store locations. Please review our complete Return Policy for eligibility and instructions.
Shipping & Order Pickup
For home delivery, we use tracked standard ground shipping services. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way. To track an order that is being sent to a store for pickup, please contact our customer service team.
To arrange an in-store pickup, select the “ship to store” option during checkout and choose your preferred location. An email will notify you when your order is ready. Confirm your selected store’s hours before your visit.
Bring your pickup notification email, order number, and a valid photo ID to the store for collection.
If you are authorizing another person to pick up your order, provide their name in the order comments. They must present their photo ID, the order number, and the notification email at the store and will be asked to sign for the order.
Returns & Refunds
Upon verification of your returned item, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price and applicable tax. After the refund is processed, please allow several business days for the amount to appear in your account. If you have any concerns about a refund, please contact our customer service team.

Gift cards can be used to purchase items that are on promotion or marked down. However, promotional offers do not apply to the initial purchase of a gift card.
Currently, gift cards can only be redeemed for purchases in our physical stores.
